Job Opening for Remote Quantity Surveyor – Estimation & Compliance Support (Fire Door Projects)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Experience: 3-7 years (relevant experience)
Location: Remote (India)
Salary: Negotiable based on last drawn salary
Responsibilities:
1) Estimation & Quotation Support
2) Review survey reports via cloud-based platforms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance alignment
3) Validate measurements, specifications, and surveyor inputs; flag inconsistencies or missing data
4) Assist in preparing cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts for fire door projects
5) Maintain records of quotations, cost breakdowns, and commercial correspondence
6) Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistency in pricing, specifications, and scope
7) Project & Documentation, Stay informed on international fire safety regulations and passive protection standards
Skills required :
1) Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
2) Proficiency in Excel, Word, and general comfort with cloud-based platforms
3) Clear written communication and structured documentation style
4) Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
5) Self-motivated and deadline-oriented with minimal supervision
6) Ability to work discreetly and professionally in a remote setting
