Job Role: Desktop Support Hardware Network Engineer
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: At least 1-3 year as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
Salary: 15K-30K depending on experience.
Job Location: Any where in India(Bangalore/Gurgaon/Pune)
Job Profile:
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
• Strong Knowledge of TCP/IP , BGP , 10/40/100Gbps is mandatory
• Knowledge of MPLS, Point-to-Point, DDoS Mitigation, DNS, QoS is highly desirable
• Network Automation via Ansible, RestApi's, etc
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Exposure to overlay networks ( VxLAN etc )
• IPv6 dual stack and tunnelling in a production capacity
• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Services management
• Good knowledge on IT CRM tools
