Skills-
-Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7/8/10 and Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop applications Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, application servers, and administrative systems.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware, UPS and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
-Manages escalated customer incident in a timely and effective manner.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Candidate should have good skills and be presentable.
