Job Opening for Logistics Operation Executive/Head
Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics operations management
Salary: 20k-25k per month plus incentive depending on experience
Job Location: Guwahati
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
2. Plan and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency.
3. Handle customer-related logistics issues and ensure satisfactory resolution.
4. Monitor and analyze reports to optimize logistics performance.
5. Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals.
6. Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Ensure compliance with logistics regulations, company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
